Name origin: For his surname, the first kanji means "old" and the second means "flag." For his given name, the first kanji means "origin" and the second means "fountation."

Short Overview:
Motoki is the cute guy at the Game Center Crown who seems to be one of Minako's crushes. Little does he realize that his game center's basement is the secret command center for Sailor V. (On a side note, he also appears in the Sailormoon manga as Usagi's first crush before she meets Tuxedo Kamen).
