Name: Okamoto-sensei

Name origin: For her surname, the first kanji means "mount or hill" and the second kanji means "book, present, main, or true." The word "sensei" means "teacher, master, or doctor." In the case of manga-ka, the term is used to mean teacher.

Short Overview:
Okamoto-sensei is a home economics teacher at Shiba Junior High School. She is called "Okappii" by Saitou-san who was a former student of hers. She loves to make promise rings and gave them to her former class (which Saitou-san was in). She informed them that after they graduated, she would be getting married. In the present day, she is wearing a wedding ring and still teaching home economics at Shiba Junior High School. She seemed oblivious to Saitou-san's feelings and when she ran into him again she she didn't recognize him at first because he was all grown up. She told him he had to study and not fight as she is a caring person and was genuinely worried for about him.
