Name Origin: DeBrine’s name is often used as a surname. The katakana characters "debu" represent a word that means fat.

Short Overview:
DeBrine devises a plan to collect the energy from overweight girls and to do fundraising for the Dark Agency. It is close to Valentine's Day and Rainbow Choco's are all the crazy. Girls have been eating the chocolates and gain weight. DeBrine hands out fliers advertising for Este de Brine, where girls can get their ideal proportions, but it is all a trap. She is collecting the energy from them during this time and when they eat more of her chocolates, they will come back for more help. Minako later sneaks into the Este de Brine building and confronts DeBrine. DeBrine uses "Rainbow Choco Attack" and a storm of chocolate flies Sailor V, but V defeates her with "Crescent Slender Beam."
