Fluorite ran the Dark Agency's idol talent section and had Pandora, Petite Pandora, Dark Guys, Twin Dark, and Dark Shizuka-hime all following her command. Narkissos was also under her, though he was not an idol as far as we are told, rather an undercover transfer student at Minako's school. Fluorite took orders directly from the shadowy boss, Danburite. She was using idols to collect energy and gain slaves for the Dark Agency so that they might take over the world.
