Name Origin: The name Liquid Founda is short for Liquid Foundation, Powder Founda is short for Powder Foundation, Water Founda is short for Water Foundation, and Solid Founda is short for Solid Foundation. All referring to make-up.

Short Overview:
These four identical looking women worked for the Dark Agency and started up their Heroine Maker plot. With the Kaitou Ace craze making girls want to be pretty, it seemed like the perfect time. At the "Fashion Building Heroine" Liquid Founda greeted girls and directed them through the building. She told them they could become beautiful heroines. Liquid Founda was in charge of Cosmetics on the first floor. Water Founda was in charge of Wardrobe on the second floor. Powder Founda was in charge of Tableware on the third floor. Solid Founda was in charge of Customer Service and Tour Conduct on the fourth floor.

After shopping, the girls were brainwashed by their free gifts. They were told that to become beautiful heroines, they would have to defeat Sailor V. The crowd finds Sailor V at the live taping of Kaitou Ace's show and attack. The Founda women arrive and Sailor V does her stuff, but because she hadn't be charging her compact, the power was low. She could not attack. Kaitou Ace came to the rescue and defeated them.
