Name origin: The characters,
, represent maiku which is the spelling for the name "Mike" These three characters are also used in the word maikurofon (
) which is the spelling for the word "microphone". It is used as such for the "Venus Mike", or viinasu maiku later in the same volume. The 'Makki' part of the name comes from the Hachimakki Stone spoken of in that volume.
Short Overview:
This villain's plot was to take energy from all the people who sang karaoke. With their raised levels of enthusiam she was sure she would succeed. She placed special energy sucking microphones throughout Roppongi's karaoke places. She didn't count on Artemis giving Sailor V a new item... the Venus Mike! With it she used her "Venus Ten Billion Volt Rock 'N' Rouge!!" to destroy the enemy.

"Ehehe!" says the woman. "Today's a full house too. I've spread these through all the karaoke boxes in Roppongi. These dark mikes suck out all this energy. I'm so happy!"
"I am the karaoke soldier, Mic. Makki!" says the woman. "So you showed. V, the famous rival of my spirit! How dare you confront me when I've only conquered one karaoke box!
