Name origin: His surname uses the kanji for large and house. It sounds like the word "otaku" which means geek or nerd. His given name uses the kanji that means wandering.

Short Overview:
Takurou is not really an ally in any way to Sailor V. He's not even the slightest resemblance of a friend. However, he is not an enemy of the Dark Agency, just a local pervert otaku who likes female warrior fighting games. Minako encounters him and the Game Center Crown where he goes on to flip up Sailor V's skirt to examine her panties and ultimately feels the wrath of a ticked off Minako.
