Wow! I never thought I'd see one of these. I know it's not a V shrine, but it's Ace, the love interest of Sailor V. Has a pretty layout and good info to boot.
This is a beautifully designed site with lots of information on both Sailor V and Sailor Venus. Basically, it's an all encompassing shrine.
This site has a very nice Sailor V section. There's plenty of info here and the great thing is it's in a section separate from the Sailormoon version of her character so it's easier to follow.
